Trip to Tanzania

A 9-day journey to Tanzania combining safari adventures with the beauty of the Zanzibar Islands and cultural exchange opportunities.

Highlights included:

• A visit to Mikumi National Park and a safari
• Experiencing the culture and history of a Maasai village
• A Bagamoyo city tour and other sightseeing
• Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site
• Prison Island, home to century-old tortoises and swimming spots
• The Blue Lagoon and a Spice Farm visit
• Humanitarian work, including orphanage and school visits, water well openings, and hunger relief activities

Included: all meals, park and museum fees, a professional driver and guide, in-country transportation, and accommodation. Not included: international airfare, personal shopping, travel insurance/visa fees, and vaccinations.

A $500 deposit was required to secure a spot, with the remaining balance due one month before the trip.
