April 6, 2024
Peace Islands Institute Boston hosted an Interfaith Fast-a-Thon, challenging participants to fast for a day and donate the money they would have spent on food to a hunger relief cause. After a day of fasting, participants came together to break their fast and reflect on the experience as a community — creating a unique opportunity for people of different faiths to come together, learn from each other, and work toward a common goal of social justice.
